It is strictly forbidden for major construction management personnel to carry out "modern" remote control command and not stick to the site. Nearly 300 projects completed by our company in recent four years have achieved 100% one-time qualification rate, 100% safety productivity and more than 99% contract performance rate. 3、 Strict safety and benefit promotion
Safety production is the top priority of enterprises. Safety promotes efficiency, which has formed the consensus of construction enterprises. Our tenet of safety production is: "human life is crucial, safety is the first; production is busy, safety is not forgotten". For each construction project, we must pay close attention to the following aspects of safety production:
1. Set up special funds for production safety to ensure that "safety production facilities, equipment and measures" are in place.

6. Purchase "accidental injury insurance, dangerous operation insurance" for each project, and implement the "safety emergency plan" and its preparatory work.
7. The quality and safety department of the company conducts irregular inspection on each job number, participates in the "safety production education meeting" of the job number, checks the arrangement of safety production facilities in place, and strengthens the safety production management of each job number.

4、 Talent is the foundation of enterprise survival and development

In terms of talent management, our company mainly starts from the following aspects:
1. Talents are found in the construction site.
